Midgaard/Rive Update

We have decided Midgaard and Rive will become seperate entities from CEC. There have been many disagreements and we feel it is time to go our own way. While we will not be physically pulling away, we WILL be running by our own laws and weapons lists from here out. We know there are many that enjoy large rp area but we do not feel we should fully give control of our sims over to people who do not have our own citizens best interests in mind.
